For something infinite and free, time is short and expensive – our business leaders often declare time to be their biggest enemy. Here at Thrive we see time as the most valuable asset any person can have: we know it never seems enough to do everything needed for business success.
But Thrive is here to make your tasks fit your time rather than your tasks taking over your time. anti-racism & equality
“In a racist society, it is not enough to be non-racist, we must be antiracist.” – Angela Davis
Thrive is working hard on anti-racist strategies, within the organisation as well as with clients. The journey started with reading “Why I Am No Longer Talking to White People About Race” a few years ago, and then 18 months ago, “White Fragility”. Both of these books prompted a more intentional approach to anti-racism, searching out people who experience racism to read and follow, who are speaking at conferences and leading workshops. Thrive are able to bring this thinking to white majority clients, to share ideas and create approaches that work. Gender diversity is another area that Thrive is wholehearted about – that more equal power and influence structures will result in a better society for everyone.

Social justice and mobility and equality causes come into sharp relief during these times. We are not all in the same boat – we are all in the same storm, but in differing sizes and strengths of boats or rafts.
